Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team, with a focus on entry-level positions.
- Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate interview logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with job posting management, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various platforms.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating first-day logistics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the preparation of offer letters and other employment-related documents.
- Respond to candidate inquiries regarding application status and general recruitment processes.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed to support People Operations functions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in an HR department or administrative role.
