The Delivery Specialist is responsible for guiding customers through the final steps of their purchase, from explaining key vehicle features and functionalities to completing necessary paperwork and providing personalized support. You will be a brand ambassador, deeply knowledgeable about Tesla’s products, services, and mission. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and has an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough vehicle walkthroughs with new owners, explaining key features, functionalities, and benefits of their Tesla.
  • Ensure all delivery vehicles are impeccably clean, charged, and prepared for the customer's arrival.
  • Process all necessary delivery paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or questions pre- or post-delivery, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire delivery process, creating a positive and memorable experience.
  • Educate customers on charging solutions, vehicle maintenance, and software updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tesla products, services, features, and company news.
  • Support inventory management and vehicle logistics as required.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Tesla’s brand standards.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of Virginia and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
