Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various sources (e.g., vehicle telematics, manufacturing, sales, service logs, charging infrastructure).
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time-series forecasting, to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership to define data requirements, track project performance, and support strategic initiatives across multiple business units.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to measure the impact of product changes, operational improvements, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to support demand planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Present complex findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, adapting communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all analytical processes, reports, and data pipelines.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities and optimize existing processes.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, demonstrating a strong analytical background.
- Exceptional proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and optimization.
- Strong experience with at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) including relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
- Demonstrated expertise with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create impactful dashboards and reports.
