Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise assembly of battery modules and packs according to engineering specifications and detailed work instructions.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure components and assemblies meet strict quality standards.
- Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors or quality control.
- Load and unload materials, components, and finished products as needed, maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to optimize productivity and prevent accidents.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives and mandatory training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency
- Excellent manual dexterity and keen hand-eye coordination

- Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using common hand tools
