Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service at all times.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are clearly priced and merchandised.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking new merchandise efficiently.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support inventory management through accurate stock counts and identifying replenishment needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain store standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
- Assist with special promotions, displays, and seasonal merchandising initiatives as required.
