Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team in a critical support role in Crescent Lake, St. Petersburg, FL. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established procedures.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to meet operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews for team members.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
