Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a welcoming and efficient integration into the Tesco family.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment verification letters, offer letters, and policy updates.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Help organize and coordinate HR projects and initiatives, including training sessions, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.
- Process payroll documentation and assist with benefits administration tasks.
- Support HR reporting by collecting and compiling data for various metrics and analyses.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all HR information and employee data.
- Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Perform general administrative duties for the HR department as required.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience (1+ year) in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within a retail or service industry.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, particularly in Florida.
