Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured rotation program across various departments, including operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
- Contribute to key business projects, conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Undergo continuous professional development, attending workshops, training sessions, and mentorship meetings.
- Assume increasing levels of responsibility, taking ownership of tasks and small projects.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (graduated within the last 2 years or graduating soon)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities
