Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service at all times.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide accurate, helpful information regarding products, services, promotions, and store policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism, empathy, and urgency, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
  • Process transactions accurately and swiftly using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollments.
  • Assist customers with finding specific products, offering insightful recommendations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping journey.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including diligent stock replenishment and attractive display upkeep.
  • Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately, adhering strictly to company financial procedures.
  • Proactively promote store loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches to maximize customer engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively and harmoniously with team members and other departments to achieve daily operational goals and enhance overall store performance.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including rigorous health, safety, and hygiene regulations, to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
