Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with their inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
- Accurately count and balance cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to age-restricted sales.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support store operations and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Required Skills
