Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Facilitate internal communication flow, ensuring information reaches relevant parties.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
