Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner to understand their needs.
  • Present and demonstrate Telus products and services, including wireless, internet, TV, and smart home solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their lifestyle.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, manage customer accounts, and handle service inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, promotions, and industry trends through ongoing training.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
