Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of operational projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, acting as a liaison between departments and external partners.
- Prepare and distribute operational documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure continuous availability.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within operations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
