Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of operational projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication, acting as a liaison between departments and external partners.
  • Prepare and distribute operational documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure continuous availability.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within operations.
