Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email).
- Coordinate the creation of compelling marketing content, including social media posts, website updates, blog articles, and email newsletters.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and organize marketing collateral, assets, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing goals.
- Manage external vendor relationships, including agencies and freelancers, as needed for campaign execution.
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Respond to marketing-related inquiries and assist with administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the telecommunications or technology industry.
