Key Responsibilities
- Perform installations of Telus's advanced telecommunications services (internet, TV, phone) in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with customer services and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of their Telus services, demonstrating how to use equipment effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in various environments.
- Collaborate with dispatch and technical support teams to efficiently manage service calls and appointments.
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and technologies to stay current in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every Telus customer.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
