Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and address inquiries regarding Telus products and services.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide customers through resolution steps.
- Assist customers with billing, account management, and service upgrades/downgrades.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and promote relevant Telus offerings.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors in a remote work environment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating multiple software applications.
