Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Vodacom products and services.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and effectively match them with appropriate product solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing.
- Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively to close sales.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in telesales or direct sales.
