Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring a clear understanding and positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in our internal systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary, ensuring a smooth handover.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Telstra products, services, and support procedures.
  • Actively participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
