Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for Internet, TV, and Voice services via phone, chat, and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features, services, and self-help options.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for further assistance.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Stay current with product and service updates, as well as new technologies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of Internet, Wi-Fi, TV, and Voice services and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and diagnostic tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-motivation.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
