Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and internal sales teams on SKF products and solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to product application, performance, and maintenance.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and colleagues, both virtually and on-site.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product development teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SKF's product portfolio and industry trends through continuous learning.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, recommendations, and solution proposals for diverse client needs.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, manuals, and FAQs to enhance customer self-service.
Required Skills
- Strong technical aptitude and a keen interest in mechanical or industrial engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for our international operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, site assessments, or training (domestic and international).
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience (even internships) in a technical support, field service, or customer-facing role.
- Basic knowledge of condition monitoring techniques or rotating equipment principles.
- Proficiency in Swedish or other European languages is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and technical documentation tools.
