Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop expert-level knowledge of the HubSpot platform and its various tools.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a designated portfolio of HubSpot customers, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges, providing strategic recommendations for leveraging HubSpot effectively.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting assistance for complex product issues, escalating to engineering teams when necessary.
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks with customers to ensure their continued success and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of HubSpot solutions, collaborating with sales teams on potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions accurately within our CRM system.
- Act as an internal advocate for customers, relaying feedback to product and engineering teams to drive platform improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with HubSpot product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Certification in relevant HubSpot academies (e.g., Inbound Marketing, Sales Software) is a bonus.
