Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate TD Bank products and services, such as new accounts, credit cards, and online banking.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balance and adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and provide exceptional service, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools to enhance their banking convenience.
- Collaborate effectively with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Adhere to all compliance standards, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations.
