Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational process enhancements to optimize workflows and reduce manual efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with various business units, including IT, Risk, and Customer Service, to ensure operational alignment and effective problem resolution.
- Assist in the documentation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of new systems and technologies affecting operations.
- Identify and mitigate potential operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide support for day-to-day operational issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
