Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to TD Bank clients via in-person interactions, phone, and digital channels.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on bank products and services efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist customers with account openings, transactions, and various banking processes.
  • Educate customers on digital banking tools and services to enhance their banking experience.
  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant TD Bank solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and internal bank guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services
  • Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software or banking platforms
