Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program designed to develop leadership skills and operational expertise.
- Learn and execute merchandising strategies to ensure appealing product presentation and effective inventory management.
- Shadow and assist store leaders in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Required Skills
