Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor, resolving inquiries and providing product information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and aisles are clear.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing returns and exchanges.
- Support inventory management through stocking, backroom organization, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising displays, signage, and promotional setups to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines.
- Provide support in various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

- Capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting inventory
