Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service and anticipating their needs.
- Assist guests with product location, selection, and purchasing decisions, offering knowledgeable recommendations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring proper signage and pricing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods with integrity.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously, escalating complex situations to leadership when necessary.
- Support inventory management by assisting with shipments, backroom organization, and item replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, compliance standards, and loss prevention protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to achieve daily goals and foster a positive, productive working environment.
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, retail skills, and personal growth.

Required Skills
