Key Responsibilities
- Engage with guests, offering friendly and proactive assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and assisting with general upkeep.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, sorting, and backroom organization.
- Process guest returns, exchanges, and resolve inquiries with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Support various store departments as needed, adapting to different tasks and priorities throughout your shift.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
