Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with product location, selection, and general inquiries.
- Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout, including returns and exchanges.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism, aiming for a positive outcome.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-store area, including checkout lanes and guest service desks.
- Educate guests on Target's services, promotions, and loyalty programs (e.g., Target Circle, RedCard).

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and cash handling.
- Assist with restocking and merchandising tasks as needed to support overall store appearance.
