Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PwC, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to drive our firm’s success. You will be an integral part of our dynamic Human Resources team, responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of critical roles across our Assurance, Tax, and Advisory practices in the New York market. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation to offer management and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and specific talent requirements, advising on market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
- Utilize and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track progress, ensure compliance, and generate reports.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the firm.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs or recruitment events as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends, labor laws, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent using diverse recruitment methodologies.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive and problem-solving approach to recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CIR).
- Experience recruiting for professional services, consulting, or financial services roles.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives.
- Familiarity with Workday ATS.
