Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for new or enhanced systems, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Participate in the design and development of system solutions by collaborating with senior analysts, developers, and project managers.
- Support the testing and quality assurance processes, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting defects to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing IT systems, identifying root causes of issues and assisting in their resolution under guidance.
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive system documentation, user manuals, and training materials for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals and system functionalities.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for system improvements.
- Continuously learn and apply new methodologies, tools, and best practices in systems analysis and IT operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and service delivery.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and systems analysis principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- High level of initiative, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
