Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks.
- Support individuals to access community activities, education, employment, and social opportunities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals supported, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the development and review of individual support plans, ensuring they reflect the person's needs and aspirations.
- Promote independence, choice, and inclusion for all individuals under our care.
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation in line with Mirus policies and regulatory standards.
- Adhere to safeguarding procedures and report any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training and professional development sessions.
