Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of supply chain operations.
  • Support inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reconciliation.
  • Help optimize logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Production, Sales, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and cost-reduction efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Learn and apply best practices in supply chain management.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
