Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program designed to develop expertise in all facets of supply chain management.
- Learn to plan, implement, and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operational alignment.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and pinpoint areas for process improvement.
- Support the negotiation and management of contracts with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies within the supply chain.
- Learn and apply best practices in supply chain sustainability and compliance.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- High level of motivation, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work legally in the Czech Republic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (2-3 years) in a supply chain, logistics, operations, or analytical role within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and requirements.
- Proficiency in Czech language.
