Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in a comprehensive training program to understand Raya Holding's end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Assist senior supply chain managers in daily operational tasks, data collection, and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Learn to utilize supply chain software and tools to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and generate performance reports.
- Support the coordination with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient material flow.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, offering fresh perspectives and assisting in problem-solving related to supply chain challenges.
- Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends, supplier performance, and emerging technologies in supply chain.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (recently graduated or graduating soon).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- High level of initiative, proactivity, and eagerness to learn.
