Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in structured training programs to gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Support senior supply chain managers and team leads in day-to-day operational tasks, including data analysis, report generation, and performance monitoring.
- Learn to identify potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the supply chain and contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and R&D, to ensure seamless product flow and synchronized operations.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating critical supply chain documentation, databases, and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards.
- Engage with external suppliers and logistics partners under supervision, understanding contractual agreements and supporting performance evaluations.
- Participate in various projects focused on optimizing logistics routes, warehouse operations, transportation networks, and sustainable practices.
