As a Supply Chain Executive, you will leverage your expertise to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions to complex supply chain challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes from procurement to delivery.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective material flow.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, operations, sales, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
- Oversee logistics and transportation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier reliability, geopolitical factors, and market fluctuations.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to enhance supply chain visibility and performance.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance metrics and present to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in the Kuwaiti or GCC market.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
