Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and logistics data within the company's systems.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, distributors, and internal departments to resolve supply chain issues.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for logistics, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping labels.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting demand to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Support the procurement team in vendor management and order placement.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights to senior supply chain personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements in all supply chain activities.
