Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery of materials and components.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, manufacturing, quality) to optimize supply chain processes.
- Prepare and analyze supply chain reports, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Process purchase orders and requisitions, verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to inquiries and provide updates on material availability and delivery status.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to logistics and supply chain efficiency.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or procurement coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
