Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Superintendents and Project Managers with daily site operations and project coordination.
- Learn and apply Mota-Engil's safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor work progress, report on activities, and identify potential issues or delays.
- Help interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Support quality control efforts by observing work and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Participate in site meetings, taking notes and contributing to discussions.
- Assist with resource management, including materials, equipment, and labor.
- Learn about environmental compliance and sustainability practices on site.
