Job Description

Capture Photography is offering a unique, hands-on Studio Internship opportunity for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn every facet of studio operations. This isn’t your typical coffee-fetching internship; you’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day magic of bringing photographs to life. From assisting on photoshoots and managing studio equipment to learning the intricacies of post-production and client communication, this role provides invaluable exposure to the photography industry. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead photographers during studio and on-location photoshoots, including setting up lighting, backdrops, and props.
- Learn and contribute to post-production workflows, including culling, basic editing (e.g., color correction, cropping) using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Manage and organize studio equipment, ensuring all gear is clean, charged, and in proper working order.
- Greet clients, assist with scheduling, and provide support for a positive client experience.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio space.
- Research and scout new locations or prop ideas for upcoming projects.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with social media content creation or website updates.
- Undertake administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth studio operations.
