Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, merchandising, and minimizing waste.
- Implement and enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers and preparing deposits.
- Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping experience.
- Assist in scheduling, performance reviews, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
