Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, merchandising, and minimizing waste.
  • Implement and enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct daily cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers and preparing deposits.
  • Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping experience.
  • Assist in scheduling, performance reviews, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
