Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are met and exceeded, resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage product merchandising, display execution, and stock levels to ensure an appealing and well-stocked store.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, sanitation standards, and loss prevention.
- Assist in scheduling, performance reviews, and other human resources-related tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, conducting regular checks and addressing issues promptly.
- Collaborate with store management to implement promotions, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop associates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with customers and staff.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
