Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy against manifests.
- Stock shelves, fridges, and freezers with new products in a timely and organized manner.
- Perform stock rotation to ensure older products are sold first, minimizing waste.
- Maintain high standards of shelf presentation, ensuring products are faced up, tidy, and clearly priced.
- Assist with moving stock and general store tidiness, ensuring aisles are clear and safe for colleagues and customers.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including safe lifting practices and operating equipment responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues during peak delivery times and across various store departments.
- Support the wider store team as needed, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
