Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and security protocols.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and promotions to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Oversee visual merchandising to maintain an attractive, well-stocked, and organized store layout that enhances the shopping experience.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development for all team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local health, safety, and employment regulations.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adapt business strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on store performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback for senior management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager role.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage P&L, and achieve financial targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.

Preferred Qualifications
