Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload merchandise from delivery trucks and organize it in the stockroom.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new merchandise, ensuring proper product placement and rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Support store team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Provide friendly and efficient service, assisting customers with product location when on the sales floor.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
