Key Responsibilities
- Provide legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a 'customer first' attitude and connecting with every person.
- Prepare food and beverages to Starbucks standards and recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing correct change.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee equipment, condiment bar, and seating areas.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and store areas.
- Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring proper rotation and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
- Adhere to Starbucks operational policies and procedures.
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
