Key Responsibilities
- Provide legendary customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Operate cash register and handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and tidying seating areas.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and store operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Educate customers on Starbucks products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
