Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to Starbucks' quality standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves and cleaning equipment.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and operations.
- Educate customers on menu items and promotions, making personalized recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food handling and safety.
