Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and package delivery orders, ensuring all items match the customer's request and meet Starbucks quality standards.
- Verify order details using point-of-sale systems and delivery platforms to ensure complete and correct fulfillment.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion and smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic delivery staging area, adhering to all food safety guidelines.
- Safely and efficiently transport orders to local customers or facilitate seamless handover to third-party delivery services (if applicable).
- Adhere strictly to all Starbucks' operational guidelines, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service during any customer interactions, representing the Starbucks brand positively.
- Assist with general store duties, including cleaning, stocking, merchandising, and organizing, during non-peak delivery times.

Required Skills
